Starfish (Year 1 and 2)

Welcome to Starfish (Year 1 and 2)

 

Miss Lancaster teaches Years 1 and 2, providing pupils with a rich learning environment in Key Stage 1. Mrs Ames is the Assisting Teacher, Mrs Biggs and Miss Beazley are the Teaching Assistant in Starfish Class.

 

 

 

Term 3

This term the children in Starfish class will be transported back to the 1600s to learn all about The Great Fire of London, including writing their own eyewitness recounts. They will put on their lab coats and goggles to discover all about humans and animals. Then learn all about the artwork of John Constable and become famous landscape painters. They will continue on their journey of Number in maths and Year 1s will learn all about the different types of shapes.
