Covid-19 Information
Covid19 Operations Risk Assessment January 2021
Dear parents and carers,
As you are all aware, there is currently a significant rise in the local area regarding confirmed cases of Covid-19 and also in the number of people being contacted by NHS Track and Trace to self-isolate as a result of being a close contact of somebody with the virus.
Many local schools are currently struggling to provide and maintain educational provision for all learners. Our school is currently still open for all learners, however we are seeing a sharp increase in the effects of this virus and this is beginning to put pressure on our day to day running of our school.
As a result, can I please ask you all to be extra vigilant and refrain from sending your child to school if they are feeling unwell. If in any doubt, please contact the school office before sending your child to school.
Attached is a 'what next?' protocol which helps set out what to do if a child or household member displays Covid-19 symptoms.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school should you wish to discuss or clarify anything regarding this issue in more depth. We thank you all for your continued support.
Kind regards,
