Late/Absence Procedures

Lateness

The school day starts at 8.50am. If your child arrives after 8.50am but before 9.00am they will be marked in the register as a 'Late'. If your child arrives after 9.00am then they will be marked as an 'unauthorised absence' which will affect their attendance record.

All children arriving after 8.50am will need to be signed in at the school office.

Absence

If your child is unwell and therefore unable to come into school please either telephone or email the school office as soon as possible. All unexplained absences will be marked as unauthorised.
