During your time learning from home, please use the documents and links below to stay fit and healthy by joining in with a few fun physical activities each week. Many of the activities may need adapting to work in the home environment but with a bit of creative imagination, you will be able to complete most of them.

In the first three sections below there are many different documents to choose from, some are aimed at individual challenges, some are appropriate for paired work and some are great for the whole family to get involved.

The activities range from high impact training such as joining in with the popular fitness coach Joe Wicks, to fun dancing sessions with Disney characters.
