Friday's Lesson
Due to how the White Rose lessons fall and not wanting to start the children on a two day activity with just one day of term remaining, please spend some time today finding ways to represent numbers up to 50.
For example, you could make the number 36 by using 3 long pieces of Lego (to represent 3 tens) and 6 small pieces of Lego (to represent 6 ones).
You may use house hold items like spoons to represent 10s and marbles to represent 1s.
Be creative and remember, almost anything can become a tool for Maths as counting and numbers are everywhere!
